Wa lau i took so long to post my Zoo Trip, haha... anyway zoo has really changed alot since the last time i went in my primary sch days!

well before we went in, we had our meal at KFC first, its also where bin n kiat had their many 'zi lian zhao' lol...
ok enough talk, here's pics of the trip!
as we enter, we followed this so call 'Tiger trek'

think the zoo has 3 types of Rubbish Bins (since i only managed to capture 3), this bin looks like a white tiger,
this bin looks like a normal tiger with stripes
and this bin looks like a leopard or giraffe with its patterns,
can't remember what this animal is, but you can touch it!, its not so far as what it is shown here,
i think this was the male one, but why was it caged up? too aggressive? dunnoe.. :p
read carefully these words, for the environment is far more important than all the wealth in the world,
this lemur was also very near, we were on some porch, and its was right in front of us!but wa lau! when i took its pic, it turned its head away! arrrrr!
yeah got a close up after that after we came down from the porch,
and it showed me its butt again! !@#$%

there was this butterfly on the floor which was not flying even though it was surrounded by 4 of us,
well no choice, i picked it up in case it gets trampled on by some kid running around :p(and that kid is not me by the way, haha..)

this frog was very well camouflaged loh, didn't know it was even in front of the display panel until for quite some time..
this one was better! it looks just like the rock beside it!

this manatee was damn huge la, think it was 8-10 metres long...
there were 2 live pelicans on display, well i took only one since they both look about the same .. lol..
alright! here comes the penguins!some notes from the keeper on why some penguins look like they got stomach cramps...
i can't stop laughing when i saw the name of the penguins..

the penguins were excellent posers for the camera loh, like they knew they were stars la,
well seems like their real names were called African Penguins la, if only they knew what they were called, think they will go on a strike man! lol...

Elephant and Horse silhouettes,
next we got the creature snakehead, it was together wif the crocs,
alamak, croc butt..
another croc butt, juz a measurement of my hand against the tail, think i was about 3 metres away from the croc.. so it is huge!
read this funny incident before you see the next pic, when we were entering the zoo at first, we had to walk through this treetop trail to move on to the other areas, while we were walking and exploring, we saw this really huge croc or alligator lying under one of the trees.it was at least 12-15 metres long, but since we waited for some time and it wasn't moving, we presumed it was a fake, and there was a board also stating that the specimen is called a 'False Gavial'so we thought 'False' = 'Fake' initially so we thought how can the zoo put a fake croc beneath this treetop trail? to bluff us? or was it like a suspense of more things to come?
Boy we were so WRONG! 'False Gavial' was actually the name of the alligator la!haha.. really Bai Da Wu Long!so in return for misunderstanding this majestic creature, i had no choice but to sacrifice one of my legs to appease their anger.... and oh yeah, the words on the top left doesn't state that i am a Buaya or something!its thanks to wenbin pic shooting skills la!
this tortoise statue was calm and quiet at first... 
till we invaded it!
Tamade! this leopard cat made me take photos until i vomit blood, eyes ki ka tua suay liap!you see for yourself la!
when i thought it was still, i took a shot! wa lan eh, it moved!

well i took a pic of this squirrel board, but couldn't get a nice pic of squirrel as it was too dark inside the enclosure..

info of some turtles at the enclosure... but funny thing... i couldn't spot any, so no pic... lol...
its actually a banana tree la, if you see closely at the top, but the strange thing at the bottom, issit a flower or bak chang?

when i was about to leave after seeing it, it suddenly stood up and came closer for us to have a better shot at it! good sport yo!

How can the the day end without some funny moments?
well i have come to the end of my trip, although we didn't managed to see the elephants, giraffes, lions and some other animals,
coz i think we went in quite late ba, went in around 3, and the zoo closes at 6, which was not quite enough time as the animals started to disappear after 6pm.. haha (actually they were being kept away la)...
nevertheless, the trip was kool, as i wanted to go on my birthday for a long time liao!
and thanks to bin, dav, n kiat for accompanying me, and for the fabulous birthday cake(although you all made a mess of it later) it was great having you all around!
bin ah, hurry go get the night safari lei!
